Doing a Restore

I have to wipe my phone. Is there anything I can do to back it up and then do a restore. Will my applications be restored?

If the phone has been rooted and a custom ROM installed then it will have a backup solution, nandroid. If you are not rooted search the market for a backup solution for your apps. Make sure you read the comments and developer website so you know how to do it properly.

I use lookout to backup my information...forget what's being backed up though XD Contacts and Apps are backedup by Google though I use another app to backup my apps just in case XD I also use SMS Backup & Restore
