Help Widgets not updating/stop updating

Anyone having trouble with widgets stop updating? Like my clock/calendar/weather/news/pretty much any widget i have stops updating after an hour. So i look at my clock widget two hours later and it is an hour behind. Happens to ALL my widgets. Even the quick turn on/off wifi,bt,gps and such. They just stop updating/showing animation.

I have ADW launcher installed. I am wondering if it is that. I do not really want to remove it as i hate the stock 3 button interface at the bottom (why do i need a contacts and phone, just use the phone to look thru contacts, wasted space IMO) and am quite keen on keeping the 5 button.

Any ideas? If i power off the phone and turn it back on it's fine again for about an hour. SOmetimes randomly thru the day it will start updating and working fine again...then randomly stop again. REALLY ******* Annoying!

Does anyone with ADW launcher have this issue? Or with Launcher Pro?

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :D

I've had this problem as well for the past three or four days on my HTC Desire. I use ADW launcher as well.

I also have a problem with my Pure Calendar widget not working at all since the most recent update - it just says "Problem loading widget". There's a comment on the market page for it from someone else having the same problem, so I'm wondering if there's actually a bug in the latest release of that which is somehow affecting my other widgets. I think my other widgets have actually be fine since I removed the Pure Calendar widget temporarily.

I also am experiencing this with ADW. I have found that if you go to ADW Settings > System Preferences > Use Screen Cache, and disable that the Widgets should stop freezing. It appears this is a bug as you should be able to use the Screen Cache settings without the widgets locking up. Hopefully we will see this addressed in a future release.

That fixed ADW for me as well. I was dreading going back to Blur. I dislike LP more than Blur so that wasn't an option either. You are a lifesaver.
