w00t | LP supports resizable widgets now!

Not sure if its a LP Plus feature or not, because I ended up buying it, but you can resize widgets now. And you're not limited to resizing MOTO widgets either. You can resize pretty much anything from what I can tell. Not always the best results when doing so, but some actually work fairly well.

Things like this make me happy to support the developers who listen to the customers. Can't wait to see what else is in store.

the next version is going to allow motorola widgets to be resizable. the only thing is it doesnt work in the same way that motorola made it (where it actually makes the widget look different). it just simply lets you resize the default view like with other widgets.

Does anybody use the stock calendar widget while on LP? Mine never seems to update automatically. That is, when an appointment passes it doesn't remove it and display the next one automatically. I have to remove the widget and re-add it for it to refresh itself. Anybody else see this? Any alternative calendar that does work that syncs with my google calendar?

I bought LP to support the Dev. However, I don't really think the "Plus" features are worth it.

With that said, I would have paid like 5 bucks for LP w/o the Plus Features so it's all good.

Actually, I do like the calendar widget, I don't even open my calendar app any more, it's so much more responsive.

I honestly don't see why people even want it the lpp widgets are way better and can be resized all the same. If you really care that much you can download.the new version on the forums that has support for the moto widgets.

The newest version

v0.7.3.1 can resize better than anything out there.

I can use the quick contacts again and whatever size I want, only ones that really look strange are the ones with the colorful banners at the top that don't stretch horizontally with LP.

I may be asking a dumb question, but when I installed LP, I lost the "Motorola" option when adding a widget. How do I add a Motorola widget?

the motorola widgets are under the same section as all the others. you cant resize them the normal way though where it changes the actual layout of the widget. LP will just scale it up or down.
