Heh, I was going to post about this. What I find funny though is that Gizmodo just copies the whole article from an OKcupid blog, but takes the part about the iphone and sticks it at the top.

I could argue that people who use iphones are pretentious and thus more likely to lie about how much sex they get, but I really don't think that's true. Doubt the iphone is causing it directly. Is it because these people are more in tune with what's 'hip/cool,' or have more money, etc?

I don't know about Gizmodo, but the article actually comes from Don’t Be Ugly By Accident! OkTrends and seems to have believable general statistics about it. And the mentioning of the iphone is just a few sentence side thought in it.

Most people go for looks nowadays and the iPhone attracts the yuppie, fascist and evil side of people.
