It's actually quite a simple concept. Root your phone, install Android 2.2 (FroYo), install Adobe Flash 10.1, go to www.channelsurfing.net, pick a link, and enjoy!

THey have links to movies, ESPN, MSNBC, CNBC, MMA TV, HGTV, South Park, The Office, FOX News, The Golf Channel, as well as links to Primetime TV shows LIVE (not on demand!).

Here is the best part: come September when the NFL kicks off, they have links from EVERY GAME EVERY SUNDAY!

This is truly amazing and post your thoughts on this after you try it.

NOTE: Obviously works better with a WIFI connection than 3G, but in the case you are going on a car ride or plane ride, this works great!

I just tried this and Skyfire wouldn't play a single video or live stream from channelsurfing.net - how exactly are you doing this? I did root but have not installed the froyo. Would love to get this working

I clicked into the cartoon network and then clicked menu on the phone to get the video icon on the bottom click that and press play in the box that pops up and it starts playing.

I just tried it with CNN but got a message optimized for flashplayer 9.

Having seen the options I'm getting from this website, I am enjoying a better selection of videos and channels from the tv.com app I downloaded a couple of days ago. It's not live tv but I haven't had a single problem with any of the videos I have tried to watch.

Yeah the cartoon network is the only one I can actually get to play. Anyone getting any other channels or sites that work with Skyfire?? There has to be a way!!

well you gotta make $$$ to spend $$$. maybe a job is in line? or were you let go for watching TV on ur phone? LOL. I think Slingbox is a great investment if you have cable. Completely control ur TV anywhere.

I have a slingbox but it is an old slingbox. I don't care to spend money on a new one and buy the slingbox app.

I actually had more sites play with the stock browser than with skyfire... which is strange...sorry do not remember exactly which ones....still wasn't very many...

FYI you can watch pretty much every South park legally right from the creators' web site at southparkstudios.com but I haven't tried it on the incredible yet.

update: tried it out and it doesn't work, good for on the PC though!

I found like 3 channels that were actual live TV and not prerecorded or complete mislabeling of what they advertised on channelsurfing. Very dissapointing. I use a cable capture card and orb.com to watch any cable channel I want live over the internet.
