I promised myself I would never get another iphone but here I am

I really wanted my Captivate to work with me but it just wouldn't.

I had the usual GPS issues and lag.

I tried everything and spent probably $30 on apps to try to make things run faster but none would help.

I picked up the phone July 18th early in the morning.

I got an extra charging cable, screen protector, and a case.

The phone it self is great but it just has to many issues for me to use it everyday.

Its possible that my phone was one of the very first batch and thus had a ton of bugs.

My main problem was when someone called me there was a 5-7 sec delay from me sliding "answer" to me being able to talk to them....this is really embarassing when I would receive 30-40 calls a day and you are sitting there saying "hello?......hello?.....hello?, oh hey"

im not bashing the phone. I truly liked the open platform that is Android.

I hope you guys get all your issues fixed and that everyone is happy with their phones.

When my phone worked it was a great phone.

I just don't get it. All the people who say "I love this phone but...I'm getting rid of it." It makes no sense. You don't get rid of what you love, you keep it, you give it time.

It's the same thing with "I promised myself I'd never own another iPhone, but here I am." Sorry guy, I don't know you but it wasn't much of a promise, was it? Fail.
