Help Samsung apologized to customers for i7500?

the site said:
It is clear that what was lacking is the support of 'holding on to their customers, it is clear from some comments like: "It's not that they are satisfied with the Samsung i7500 Galaxy, we are not satisfied with the SAMSUNG manage customers'.

could someone translate the google translation, i don't quite follow that bit - who said what?

this is interesting,
just purely as they state "The fact that almost certainly will not receive an update to Android Eclair 2.0."
thats one big contradicting line, and no where as samsung said that it will not
i also know that other operators in europe are talking to samsung about it

the facebook page does not say they will not be going to 2.0 and no one from samsungs official dev team or press have stated there will be no 2.0

Just checked the Italian Facebook page and I cannot find anywhere any mention of not supporting Eclair 2.0.

What he did say was:
"Samsung Mobile Italy We sincerely regret that some of you are not satisfied with the Samsung i7500 Galaxy and we hope through this page to be able to support more in future"

I'm taking a positive stance and hoping Samsung has now realised the balls up they have made with the Galaxy and are going to continue support.

The only thing i can say is that from the first day i bought this device i thought samsung gave me a prototype for testing. The nps was/still not working. The phone had battery problems and it was shutting down every 5 mins. I was not able to make even a call.
Ok i know samsung gave out some updates fixing the problems but hearing that samsung will not continue to support a phone never trully supported officialy and with a professional way, makes me really angry. Thats why i am selling my phone, im bored of samsung disability to make sth correctly for Galaxy and announce sth officialy.

It doesn't say anything about "no further development for the Galaxy",
fyi, Android 2.0 aka Eclair won't come out to any device except the current Droid until the end of December, giving the deal signed between Motorola and Google, htc hero is still running on 1.5 cupcake and finally this morning Samsung just released a new OpenSource Firmware for few devices including the i7500.
