Hi Guys,

I've noticed on my DX, often if I try to go to a website, the market, or google maps, it'll take a REALLY long time to start working. Even when my 3G light is on, and the down arrow is black, it just sits there! Sometimes the website will say no data connection available, but this is even when i have wifi turned on!

I thought this was JuiceDefender so I uninstalled it, but I'm noticing I still have the same problem. I don't want to show off my DX to iPhone friends and have a "oh..wait...err...it's not working this time.." moment! (hahaha)

Any ideas?

First of all, for any posts like this, tell us where you are located. That might help eveyone determine if these types of problems are Verizon's or Motorola's. I am in Miami and I am having 3g problems too. I have times when the 3g is fast, times when it is slow, and times when it disappears and become 1x. And, this is all in the same location, my house. Also, I charged my phone last night and when I got up this morning it said that 50% of the phone stanby time was without a signal. I had my Dx replaced and this has happened on both phones. So I beleive it is a Verizon problem, however, I did call Verizon about it yesterday and they said there were no reported problems in my area. For now when I am home I am using wifi and that is very fast.

I've read in other posts that it would be in your best interest to *228 at least once a month to make sure your cell coverage is up to date. That may fix your coverage issues.

I'm in Orange County (California)/Los Angeles. Shouldn't have any problems here, especially since my wi-fi is enabled in my house!

Once my connection is working, it's fine, it's just that everytime on my first attempt to access something, it fails and I have to wait and then come back! Then it's good.... =\
