so i just ran across the street from work to the sprint store, and low and behold they said the car dock is available in their system,skew is KPH6786Q she said its $59.99 and in there warehouse now, I ordered one up,will b here Monday.

I would love for them to have two tiered ones. Like a cheap one that just is a fitted clip and power port and a nicer one that was like the tomtom mount with an additional GPS receiver and speaker to assist the phone in directions (although not sure they could do all of it through the USB).

Either way I would like both to be as compact as the TomTom one, I plan on packing it in luggage often.

I tried one of my local stores and those idiots are too lazy to look up the sku number. They just asked me if it's on sprint.com already...LOL.

What store did you order from again? I'm going to try calling them to order one up and have it shipped to me.

i've seen that already from looking for that sku. look at the date of that post though, 6/2/2010...
we knew about it back then, and look at the date now. car dock maybe in september.
i don't care if you swear up and down that you have one on the way, i won't believe you until i see proof. pics or gtfo.

if it's not on sprint.com, you won't have one in your hands unless you helped make it or helped with testing, etc.

I think EVERYONE that was doubting dabigcheezze is going to start THANKING him/her for the information!

I'm in L.A., CA. I called the Spokane store on Sullivan Road like he said. A young lady answered and I proceed to explain how a "friend" of mine ordered the EVO car dock from that particular store. I asked if she'd be willing to look up the SKU and place the order to have it shipped to my billing address. She went through the standard Sprint account information questions, asked who had sold the car dock to him (that's when I said, "Luke"), and a few minutes later.

Okay, so your order total is $65.84 including shipping, the product will be shipped to the billing address on your account, it should be there in 3-5 business days, and an email confirmation will be sent to your gmail account.

Thanks again dabigcheezze! I'm still kinda ticked off that NONE of the local L.A. Sprint stores were even willing to look up the SKU for me! The Spokane store did it, with some hesitance, but still eventually sold me the product. So happy to FINALLY have a car dock that will suit my needs (especially in California).

AGAIN, Thank you SO much for giving up the info. on which store. Otherwise, I would've had to wait for the L.A. folks to get on board with looking up the SKU and selling to me. Can't wait till I get mine in 3-5 days!
