Hi,
My hubby has an Ally. He ran it over with a Dixie Chopper. Not good. We got a replacement phone and have to send the old one back to Asurian. The phone turns on, but we can't swipe the lock. Is there anyway I can get into the phone, to delete his emails and messages??

Thanks in advance!

Kathy

Yep, if you're to the setup screens your phone is now in it's 'new' state - except of course the parts that were broken when it was run over... :)

Thanks a bunch! It surprisingly wasn't in too bad of shape, except he could no longer use the screen. Funny thing, the day after he got his Ally he got injured at work and had been out for 2 months. Monday was his first day back to work, with his new phone...and it falls out of his holster and he ran it over with the mower! Thank god for insurance!!!
