3g data not working ?

the 3G is not connecting on my phone , is that the phone or network problem , have done a factory reset on the phone but its still not working

For the past 2 months I've had iffy 3g coverage in a few locations, just give them the postcodes of the locations you have been in.

How do you go about this? Do you phone or e-mail? What nomber/address?

150 from your orange phone > option 1, 3, 1 then 1.

No worries.

First of all they need to confirm they have some masts down in the postcode your in, with it being Orange chances are they have a few down anyway. They might want a few different postcodes.

Then just say your not happy paying for a service your not receiving and you have a phone that the majority of its features are useless with out 3g coverage. Just throw a few toys out the pram but be polite.

As advice, only factory reset as a last resort after trying everything else.

As you've found you did it, and still had the same problem. Very few faults actually need a factory reset.
