Was fiddling with Manage Apps and lost

I was fiddling with Manage Apps and I must have deleted something as I have lost most of my "home pages" and the original weather/digital clock on the #1 home screen.

Can anyone tell me how to get that back??

Have you tried menu --> scenes --> HTC ?

thanks for the hint but nothing on there was what I had before. There are even 2 "custom" scenes that I have no idea where they came from.

I'm living with it this way but I'm used to using the phone instead of my watch, maybe I'll have to start wearing it again. The time in the upper corner is really small.

You should be able to add the clock/weather widget again. Long press the homescreen / select widget / clock / press forward arrow until you get to the one you want then select it.

Cant you add the HTC Clock widget anymore? If you press the right arrow on the select screen twice you get the HTC flip number clock with the weather.

i was also fiddling with the applications... on my HTC Desire and cleared all "data" thinking it will free-up memory...

Now I am getting various options in the scenes menu popup but when I select any of them... "clean slate" scene i.e. all the 7 screens blank is loaded...

How to get back those HTC scenes back?

Home->Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->

Depending on the application, you will get some or all of these buttons

About
Uninstall
Clear Data
Clear Cache
Clear Defaults
Force Stop

Apps you have installed wull have uninstall option...
Apps which are in the ROM will not have the option... and so on....

I cleared ALL Data, Cache and defaults including HTC Sense

Now when I try to change the scene, I get the ususal options such as HTC, Social, Work, Plat, Travel and Clean Slate...

Whichever I chose, I get clean Slate only... i.e. all the seven screens are blank....

Yes, since you deleted all of the data! What did you expect would happen? Sorry but the data is gone, that's what "Clear Data" means.

I thought those scenes were in the ROM! :-(
Any idea how / where do I get them back?
I know I can manually set them up and save..... but it's too much to do...

This has happened with me. I also cleared the data for htc sense to free up space and i lost htc sense lol. I was automatically shifted to orange homescreen and when i tried to switch the homescreen back to htc sense, it didnt work. You guys are lucky u just lost the screens, i had to perform a factory reset to get everything back. Btw, someone asked about this on the forum before too and i posted it that dont clear your htc sense data!

When you did a factory reset, did it restore Sense data?? That sounds like the best solution if the OP has a choice of 7 blank screens anyway!
