Help Need market apk HELP

I need the newest version of the market apk, mine has been saying "server error" for a while so I deleted it and now I cant get it back. Help

Seems like everyone is having market issues. Can someone thats not rooted verify that the market is having issues.

Yes, the Market has been up and down tonight. I wouldn't suggest deleting the app over it though. I don't know where you would be able to download it. In fact, I didn't know that you could delete the Market app.

You can through root explorer if your rooted and make system/app r/w.

Sorry but it's not letting me up the apk. I tried zipping also but it exceeds the limit. What you can do is just download the rom your running on to your desktop pc. Open the zip with 7-zip. Navigate system/app...look for vending.apk. Thats the market app. Then put it on your phones microsd card and then copy into system/app using root explorer. Make sure that system/app on your phone is writeable or it wont copy into the directory. or if your familiar with adb you can push it to system/app that way also.
