5 Reasons People Hate Apple

5 reasons I hate apple:

1. the peelings nearly always get stuck between my teeth

2. it's not comport food

3. it has to be washed before eating (who knows what the habits were of the last person to handle it?)

4. the core, seeds and stem are gnat-attracting garbage

5. I'm never in the mood for an apple, but I keep reading that I'm supposed to eat one a day

:D;)

I also have a problem with the fact that they do not contain even a little bit of chocolate. What is up with that?

Apple iPhone is the Sony Playatation of mobile phones. Arrogant!!!!

Apple iPhone is the Christianity of the mobile phone world. All the users feel the need to convert you even though they know NOTHING about your current phone, your needs or even what their phone offers for that matter. They're just brainwashed into converting everything w/o any logic involved.

PC World should seriously change their name to Apple World.

I don't judge Mac users, I do hate on the extreme fanboys/fangirls (and while Apple only has 5% of the OS marketshare, it seems like a majority of that 5% seem to think they are far superior and it can get annoying).

-I also hate how expensive their shit is. And their quality is not as high as the fans make them out to be. My $400 Toshiba has lasted longer than my $1600 iBook did, they were bought within a year of eachother and the Toshiba feels MUCH faster and smoother (AND IT RUNS VISTA. I still use it today).

-They DO crash ("This Application Unexpectedly Quit" IS A CRASH, and that used to happen more often on my old iBook than it does on my Vista box).

-It is possible for Mac to get spyware, there just is not as much spyware out there. Safari is always the first browser hacked in the annual Pwn2Own contest. If you browse intelligently, there is a very very low chance of getting spyware on your PC (probably as low as it is on a Mac).

-iOS is gay. Sorry but it is the most boring user interface I have ever played around with (both my mother and sister have iPhones, so I have played around with them a good amount). It is a bunch of 4x4 girds, nothing magical or captivating about that. No customization, no widgets. Android is a far superior OS. Not to mention, the browser sucks (it doesn't even render the entire page, using it to surf the web is a headache).

Ok I was playing around with my phone, getting to know it & checking out all the things on it...
I stumbled upon an app called Superuser Permissions or something like that...
I stupidly pressed all the choices on the screen thinking that more menus will pop up & nothing happened but now when I go to the app it is just a black screen.
What did I do?

A few minutes later i turned my phone off because I was gonna plug the charger in & when the phone powered on it said...

"SU REQUEST

Process # 1203 (app_10041:app_10041)
nk.bla.android.autostart

Wants to run:
/system/bin/sh
as
root:root

Allow or Deny
[] Remember"

What is going on?
it never said that before?

Do I press Allow or Deny????
I didn't do anything yet...
What is gonna happen?

Also there is an app in my app management called "Autostart (root)"...
is that important?
Can I delete it?
What will happen?

I have a Droid

Welcome to Android Forums, mdg.

You've landed in an Apple debate thread in the Lounge. I'm thinking that your question will get the right exposure, and informed responses, in the Droid thread, the "all things root" thread in particular, for that device:

Droid - All Things Root - Android Forums

To get you started, it appears your Droid is rooted and that you've inadvertently invoked something in the "super user" permissions application for root users, a very sensitive area to be messing around in not knowing exactly what you're doing.

The application is asking your permission for root access. I would deny it until I could figure out what is asking for that permission.

This should be pursued further in the proper forum, please ask about it over there at the link I provided. ;)
