Root difference between roms?

Hi all,

I just wanna know what the difference between Roms in detail.
when we have root access, what makes one Rom more important than the others.
& can you plz tell me which rom you're using with your milestone?

I'm using the stock Telus sbf. I switched back and started customizing my own. I used GOT's for a day or so and it was fast. I have not tried any other one so I can't comment on those.

I've tried MotoFrenzy v4.01, IncrediSense 1.0, MotoSense 3.0, TelusStone Fast and Lite V2, and stock 2.1.

Out of all of them, I find TelusStone the absolute best. MotoFrenzy is a Froyo build from the Droid, but the camera issues / dropped data / frozen Dialpad issue is way too inconvenient to use it for SD card apps.

IncrediSense is too new, and can be fixed up. Love the way it looks though.

MotoSense - I could not, for the life of me, get my APN settings going on this, even after adb shelling in the Telus HSPA files. Very frustrating.

TelusStone is great. Gives you something like 200mb free, right off the bat. Installs Maps, Facebook, Twitter, etc into the system memory (OS memory), as opposed to the app memory, including the updates, which gives you even MORE space. It's fast, snappy, and pretty. :)
