I've searched and can't find an answer to my Q: Does the Luxe Argyle case have any issues fitting into the VZW car dock?

Any help is appreciated.

I received that eBay case today as well. From outside it is identical to Rocketfish (which I already returned back to BB), but quality wise its not the same. Rocketfish was made out of some lightweight aluminum while this eBay case is a cheap plastic mold with "painted" rubber grip finish. Don't get me wrong, its a good functional case and has locks much better than Rocketfish crap (not to mention its 5 times cheaper), but I still prefer Argyle Crystal Skin Hard Gel Case (Luxmo) I got from eBay. That one offers a much better grip and protection.

I don't have the eBay case, but that's definitely the impression I was getting. Still, I'm not sure I want to shell out $25 for the case since it's so simple and not thaaat great. Not to mention what twister said about the RF not being that protective.
The Argyle ones seem okay but I can't stand the pattern so

Just got mine off Ebay , Got a clear and smoke colored case, I def like the smoke one better but for how much they cost i cant complain. Dropped my phone with it and not a scratch on it. We'll see how it holds up. Beats spending $19.99 at verizon!

I had the Seidio Innocase Surface for my incredible and loved it - I'm holding out for one of those (in sage ) but don't look forward to taking any case off/on for a car dock. Wondering about the Seidio car dock......

Is the Sage color a dark green? I'm looking for a green case but cannot find one. All the cases I've seen are bright and I don't like em.

I understand the Luxe Argyle case is a "smooth" silicone... but does it get stuck in your pocket at all? That is what used to really turn me off about the silicone skins, and seeing as these are supposedly "smooth" or "glossy" I was wondering if this remedies the situation.

I have a hard silicone case from ebay and the kickstand case from Verizon. I like them both, but I just feel I have more protection and flexibility with the kickstand case. But I go back and forth between the two every couple of days.

Decided to return my Seidio Surface case. Ended up picking up a Luxmo argyle TPU case on Amazon with overnight shipping for $10...

Will post impressions when I receive it.

No issues here, and you're right, the case is somewhat glossy, and makes the device extremely pocketable.

It's not a forest green but not terribly bright -- nice color, I think, though I haven't held it in my hand yet. Here's the link to the surface case, and there's also an active version (2 layers) if you look around the site:

No issues here, and you're right, the case is somewhat glossy, and makes the device extremely pocketable.

+1 on that! No issues taking in/out of the pocket. But at the same time it does provide a little bit of friction when you put it on smooth surfaces. That one comes handy in my car when I don't have DX in MegaGrip and just put it down on wood surface area of armrest.

I have the clear one too.. I love it and get a lot of compliments on it.

How is it holding up. I was leery about cutting it. I thought it might eventually start to rip or something. I take it out of the case a lot to put on car charger and I don't want it it fall apart on me...

holding up perfectly!!! to my surprise its a very tough material. The case I got was made by Luxmo, very similar to Amzer. The only issue is that I want to get a leather case to hold my phone on the belt, and so far I wasn't too successful in my search. I tried VZW leather case, but it only fits a naked phone. I also tried and returned two cheap cases from eBay, and no luck. One was specifically designed for "naked" DX and other one was for HTC EVO. The EVO case was big enough but the magnetic cover didn't close. Beside, magnets interfere with car/multimedia sensor...

I had been waiting for the Seidio Innocase Active combo, but while I was at BestBuy last weekend, I found what seems to be the Innocase Surface combo for significantly less than Seidio's online asking price. The markings on the holster clip are a bit different, but otherwise, it's the same darn thing.

Examine the bottom of the "Platinum Series" packaging at the store, and you'll see it's made by Seidio. Seldom to I find BestBuy to truly be the best buy on something, but in this case... I'll take it.

Personally, i am not really a fan of the kick stand case, it looks like it adds unnecesary bulk to the phone. It depends on what you use the phone for.

I like it a lot, it's just what I was looking for. Smooth/slick enough to slide easily in and out of my pocket. Enough grip in your hands, and rubbery enough to provide some protection...

Might pick up another color later for shits and giggles.
