Anybody else think this phone when you hold it feels like a fischer price toy in your hand. So plasticy and now durable at all. I would hate to drop it on the carpet let alone a hard surface. Just too flimsy.

Also the speakerphone haha give me a break give us a speakerphone that is loud and crisp, and not at the bottom of the phone wtf!

And signal, great we have another reception like iphone if you have your right hand on the back cover your signal drops like no tomorrow.

Maybe it feels like plastic, because its made out of plastic, like most phones. BTW the Epic's screen is made with Gorilla glass, which is much tougher than what Apples uses on their iPhone, or what other manufactures are using for their screens. And from what I've read, the speaker phone is loud and clear, just like it is on my current Samsung phone, the Sync, which I've had for over 2 years, and have dropped more times than I can remember, and its still works fine.

I love my evo. Very good size and weight. Take in the fact the features of the phone especially when rooted. Honestly im not going to give it up. I am getting the epic come tuesday because i feel i am old school texter. I need a keyboard, sorry the evo jus doesnt work for me sms wise. But it is very workable due to the very sizeable screen and a different keyboard.

Dont know if i will be considered a troll or not but yea, all samsungs phones especially galaxy s editions feel like toys. But please do take in consideration that samsung build all products light weight. I have a flat panel samsung tv, and compared to my other one in the main room it is light in weight also and feels kinda toyish. But i swear you couldnt ask for a better display. :)

I don't see why you would want a heavy phone. Why would u want to carry extra weight? Iwant a phone in my pocket not a brick. Also dropping a heavier phone attached to glass would make it break easier. You can see the iphone dropped at weist level and crack vs the slim galaxy s dropped at ear level before cracking.

If you're gonna troll at least learn how to spell Fisher-Price.

From UrbanDictinary.com....

Troll (n)
One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.

There's way too much of this going on right now, and it won't be tolerated. Differing opinions are good - AF thrives on constructive discussion - but purposely posting disparaging comments about other devices or their users (no matter which forum they appear in) is out-of-order. Android Forums is a community, not a group of elitist little cliques.
