How do you carry your phone?

In my bum bag/fanny pack

I did wonder what I was supposed to do with my phone when I noticed the "don't carry the phone in your pants" warning stuck on my screen!

Mine (from O2) just said to remove it from my "pants" pocket before sitting down. I'm perfectly happy carrying it around in my "pants" (sorry, I just like saying pants) and even sitting with it in my pocket, I don't wear tight jeans, i don't put anything else in the pocket and I generally have a sillicone case and a screen protector, it feels sturdy enough that I'm not really worried.

I was just about to post a thread on this when a link to this thread appeared in the "similar threads we found" area on the compose screen, so I thought it best to write in here instead.

I too always carry my phone in my trouser pocket. I have put a screen protector on my phone, but that is all.

Generally, I do not have any other place I could carry the phone, as I dont wear a coat in summer, and my tee shirt has no pockets, so jeans pocket is the only place to carry it, as far as I can see.

So, are we generally of the though that trouser pocket should be okay? After reading the posts about the screen cracking, I have got slightly worried.

Cheers,
Steve

To the OP. Does the phrase "common sense" means anything to you?
I thought this thread was a joke but ... you are giving real advices... Jesus... :(

So, what about the OP's question demands "common sense" exactly? If there are reports of screens cracking while these phones are in a trouser pocket, then it is an issue. How about coming up with something constructive to say, instead of criticising the post.
