Root Best, stable 2.x rom?

CM6.0.0 is much more stable than CM6 RC3 IMO.

What do you mean by "stable"? I see this word used alot when explaining what different roms are like, but im not sure exactly what it means. Ive used both roms and couldnt tell a difference between the two. As a matter of fact, flash 10.1 that everyone swears up and down is compatible with both roms, will not install, with either one. Can you please explain this to me and maybe enlighten me as to what the differences are between the two roms, I would appreciate it. Oh, and if someone can tell me why flash wont install, that would be great also...:)

Flash won't work because they didn't make it to run on the MT3G. It's not one of the systems they designed it for. Supposedly the MT3G isn't fast enough to handle it.

Ok. I figured that was the deal, but im reading stuff sayin it will work. I tried a few different things that have been suggested, none worked. I hope they get something going for us too...

By more stable, I mean that I'm not getting near as many force closes or other errors that I would get on RC3. CM6 also appears to be more responsive than CM6 RC3 for me.

The first time i installed RC3, i did get alot of fc's. I tried CM6 and I got a few...but i switched back to RC3 to see if flash 10.1 worked with it, and it doesnt, but this time around i havent had any fc's, that i can recall. And its been almost 24 hours on this install.

Has anyone tried any of the chromatic froyo roms? I just loaded one and my first impression is not good....
You got to be kidding! Chromatic Roms are the best. Fastest smoothest rom for you MT. By the way, its a CyanogenMod Rom but tweaked! I personally have iton my phone.

MT3G 1.2 (3.5mm jack)
PVTA 32
Radio 2.22.23.02
Kernel 2.6.34.5-cyanogenmod
Rom Manager
Chormatic 4.5

The MT3G 1.2 has more RAM than the 1.0, so that might be why you like it so much. I gave up on Eclair ROMs just because my phone doesn't have enough RAM to run Navi or Pandora stably.
