Root no wipe update help!

I see where there is an update for the CELBFrayo, it is saying no wipe needed and to do commands.... help, how do I do that from my phone without a computer??? Kinda need a dummy version of steps

This basically means that, rather than wiping data prior to flashing the ROM .zip file, you can just put the .zip file onto the top directory of your SD card, restart the phone in recovery, flash the CELB Froyo .zip file, and restart the phone.

Now, this is assuming that you have the latest release of CELB Froyo already. It is only a no-wipe update if you are already running CELB Froyo. If you are not, then you need to wipe data before you flash the ROM (and you need to flash the separate Google apps zip file that is also available for download for the ROM.)

Let us know whether you are already running CELB Froyo and someone can proceed with showing you the basic steps.

First, download that new update for CELB and copy the .zip file to the top of your SD Card.

(Just skip the step for "Wipe data/factory reset" and do the "Wipe Dalvik cache" instead.)
