Does Skype work through the front camera for video calling?

Never actually saw this brought up. I keep reading about the stock program that comes with the phone for video calling, but what about Skype?

I think Skype is for Verizon only at this point, unless I'm missed something in the article I read earlier.

download Fring, can video call with anyone, any phone on any network as long as they have front facing and fring also. Its free in the market
