Let me set the premise for you....
I'm an independent personal trainer and my work is based on my body which would be my product. With that being said, when I go to the gym, I go HARD!!

Now, I recently came from the iPhone 3G which was great until apple f@cked it up with their new update for their new gem the iPhone4. I used my iphone every day for my music. I MUST have my music when working out.

So... to make a long story short, AT&T gave me the Captivate for FREE!!! ha ha... and it's been great! I use it to make workout video's, take action shots of exercises and of COURSE listen to my music. Now... I know my music pretty well. But the Captivate takes listening to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL!

I noticed today that I started hearing some things that I didn't realize were in the songs before because, well, it was never really that crystal clear.

As I was lifting at the gym I had to take the headphones off because I thought I was getting some kind of echo or feedback somehow in my headphones... turns out the music is so crystal clear now that I didn't notice the beginning of the song had people in an airport talking in the background. (Biggie Smalls- Going back to Cali). I was really surprised...

The day continues, I'm at the end of my workout and I'm on the eliptical going as hard as I can. I mean I'm trying to move so fast and hard that my huffing and puffing always gets everyone's attention. I don't do this on purpose, but I hate to half@$$. I forget the name of the song, but it's a 50 cent song that comes on and I've got this thing on FULL BLAST! I'm buried in my music and what happens next.....? I hear this sound that scares the f@ckin $h!t out of me. I literally think that the building is coming down due to an earthquake (I live in Cali) and damn NEAR LEAP OFF THE ELIPTICAL machine and piss myself at the same time when in mid air I realize it's just a sound effect of a motorcycle in the song and in that split second I grab the machine to try and recover and act like nothing happened! But I almost pulled the machine into the lady next to me and her face was that of utter fear and confusion.....

Needless to say... my workout was over. I had to run to the bathroom to release my bladder and left as quickly as possible...

That's how you Captivate a gym crowd... lmfao!!!

Don't know what to say to this. Cool story. Keep going hard man. But I do think you do it on purpose. You're "That Guy" at the gym.

Cool story bro. Makr sure you re-up on your criotine (sp?)

Ya bro and make sure you always go hard. Remember gotta get them muscles ripped for the ladies. That's all that counts.

Rip it up and bro it out

Be careful on your creatine intake and type. No go on monohydrate. Creates a toxin in your body. If you eat a lot of red meat avoid creatine supplement

What is the wrong with creatine monohydrate, and why should you avoid creatine if you eat a lot of red meat?

I ask that because I am about to start using creatine again. I have used GNC Pro Performance creatine monohydrate, and I was happy with it.
I hadn't heard anything bad about monohydrate.

Glad you like the phone, my captivate is my first Android and I really like it.
I had a WM Tilt 2 before.
