New forum member and soon to be Droid Convert

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say hi. I am waiting on a backordered Droid X to ship in a couple weeks but wanted to join the forms and start learning about the device. I am leaving my Blackberry Curve (after only 7 months) my first and last Blackberry. What an awful device. Anyway my bother is rocking the HTC Eris and my mother just picked up a Droid 2 they are so pleased with their devices I called and ordered my Droid X after 2 minutes of playing with a co-workers.

Anyway you will probably see more of me in the coming weeks!

I know, it still surprises me. BTW you can go to where it says Welcome, android.convert. Click on your name, go to Statistics and you will see 'All posts by' link. (it's faster)

looks AND IS awesome!!!! i went to the IU season opener thursday night and while IU was layin the smack down i was watching NFL network on my phone. some guy sitting behind me asked "what kind of phone is that?". I said "DROID X, SON!!". his look of amazement and envy maked me feel like a celebrity...not really, but it was fun showing it off
