I just finished up my AT&T contract and started my Sprint contract 2 weeks ago with a Moment. Hardware wise, the phone is great and runs smooth. I just could not put up with the battery life and GPS problems (experienced the Airplane mode problem once as well). Since I was well within my initial 30 day starting period, I turned the phone back in and canceled my contract. I refuse to pay for such a poor product. That is the only way I could think of telling Samsung and Sprint that they are failing us. For those of you that can put up with and/or over look these problems only support them. I really do like the Moment, I just can not tolerate it. Not to mention, I have owned Samsung phones in the past and know all about their spotty support and updates. If they officially announced that they would update the phone to 1.6 or 2.0, then I would have kept it, but their silence tells me they will not.
