Voice mail not working

Hi there, so I have a Sprint Hero, and I flashed the newest cyanogenmod (6.0 froyo) rom....but my voicemail does not work properly...I just get a text message saying the person has sent me a Voice SMS, but then I cannot retrieve it. Anything I can do, or is this a quirk with the rom?
