Mine was 269 for one year contract no mail in rebate.

Apparently Verizon updated the online store sometime after the initial availability of the Fascinate and made the online discount for the Fascinate, X, and INC into a MIR.

Those who are saying they got the $100 right away got their orders in before Verizon updated it to MIR.

I bought my Droid 2 from Best Buy, and I saw no negatives with getting it from Best Buy.

I always buy from my local Best Buy because they'll take off the MIR on the spot, instead of making me send it in. I've never had any trouble either upgrading with new contract or buying full retail.

Just ordered my $99 after NE2 and w/ 2 year contract. Nothing to mail in. Also had an issue with ordering online. I had to call them and they helped me order it at the same price. Unfortunatly It's comming tomorrow and I won't be home. I will try to leave a message for fedex to leave it there... who knows.

Ok I may be behind the 8-ball a little bit here but how is it that some people are still getting the $100 NE2? Was there some type of magical grandfathered date that you have to have had last upgraded??
