Help How do I save attachment from email?

I received an email in my Gmail acct with a pdf attachment, and I want to download it. I can preview the file but I see no option to save it to my SD card or Dropbox or anything.

Any tips on saving a pdf on the DINC?

look into blackmoon and or documents to go

If you're using the HTC Mail app, tap the attachment icon and it will give you options to Open, Save to phone storage, or Save to SD card.

If you're using the Gmail app I have no idea! I think Gmail on Android still has a way to go.

Yeah, this is one of the reasons I switched to K9 mail for all accounts including Gmail.

Thanks for the info. I am using the Gmail app. You would think a Google based OS would have their own email app setup with all the bells and whistles.

It's unbelievable this feature has still not been included. Really disappointing.

I use Blackmoon, but it sucks in that it just saves the files as "Download-1," "Download-2," etc. Google really needs to step it up, because for a company that prides itself on its email capabilities, this is inexcusable.
