Help taking a pic reboots my phone

I doubt it's the card, but to be sure you could try reformatting it in the phone. This will wipe the card so b/u any valuable data.
Menu > settings > sd card... > unmount card and format

If that doesn't work, try a factory restore. This will wipe the phone clean.
Menu > settings > privacy > factory data reset

You could also try re flashing the phone with the upgrade tool, but if it were me, I would take the phone to a repair center if the reset doesn't work. Good luck!

Are you using a hacked rom with JIT?

Nope.

I've used them before, but aside from Linpack scores, I never really saw an increase in actual performance.

Actually, aside from root and recovery console, the phone is basically stock 2.1 right now. If I remember correctly, there were 3 random reboots yesterday. I'm not entirely happy with this phone.

If you've re flashed and still have the same issue, there's something wrong with the phone and you should consider getting it swapped out. The reason I asked about the roms is that random reboots are common with the beta JIT. It's not normal or common for a non JIT based Moment to reboot on its own. Good luck!
