So, after two hardware related replacements, Froyo making mystic Dinc almost unusable, and a whole slew of verizon inspired frustration I finally had to do it.

I switched camps. I have traded over to the Droid X and while the form factor is a little different and taking some getting used to... I have a feeling this is going to be a better relationship.

I will say this though... i kind of miss Sense... but wow is this phone crazy snappy, has an excellent feel to it, and the 16gb card isn't a bad step up either! Hana

Best of luck, my former comrades in phones. I've moved on to bigger things!

Not really when you think about it.
Dude makes a goodbye thread. Lame.
Dude makes a goodbye thread with only 5 posts...

lol and +1. it always cracks me up when people are so self important that they have to create a goodbye thread when they haven't contributed anything.

could at least have thrown in a 'thank you' to the forum if they tried to help him.

I came from the Droid X and Moto's has no clue how torepair all the issues

Here is a link to thier Forum

https://supportforums.motorola.com/community/google-android/droidx?view=all

I had two X's first had numerous hardware issues second volume could only be heard by a dog.

Moto's response froyo will resolve all issues but it's release keeps getting pushed back

Be wise Stay with HTC they build a lot better device Moto is just trying to stay out backruptcy

I Bought2 Dinc's both are running 2.2 both competley smoke the x

The screen is much crsper it is faster all features work as advertised

Moto X is all hype from a company that has no clue and could care less about thier customers just read through the over 1200 complaints posted on thier tech support forum and the arroganrt responses ( seems like apple has spread to Moto.)

good luck but don't burn your bridges.
