FYI, The Seidio Clip holster will also fit the Sprint two piece case the one with the rubber insert. I really like this Sprint case better than the Seidio two piece case. It fits perfect.

Its a cut out but its deeply inset enough that it should protect the lens just fine.

I just traded in my Body Glove case for one of these. I think it looks a lot nicer, and has a better feel to it. This case also slides into my leather belt clip pouch.
