Adobe Flash Player now in the Market for Incredible.

I have 10.1.92.8 version and I am not getting any message to update to this newest ver. My current ver works perfectly so I am not updating to this new ver. Why do they show pics of bloatware with this new ver, is it more than just the flash player?

What is note-worthy though is the fact that it shows up in the market for the Droid X (running 2.2) and the Incredible. You won’t be prompted for an update though and will instead have to manually search for it. After hitting “Install” it should replace your previous version.

And those aren't pics of bloatware - they're screen shots of apps/pages that utilize Flash.

It's already installed on the Incredible from Froyo
I thought the same thing, but I've noticed a huge difference in video streaming after installing the app from the market. At first, I thought it was just me, but I've watched a good number of videos after downloading the app and all synching and stalling issues seem to be gone.

What is the newest version????

So what is the difference between versions .8 version to .10?

I've got version .1 and would like to know if there is a reason to update...

Today, a Security Bulletin has been posted to address a critical security issue (CVE-2010-2884) in Adobe Flash Player. This Security Bulletin affects Adobe Flash Player 10.1.82.76 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Solaris, and Adobe Flash Player 10.1.92.10 for Android. Adobe recommends users apply the update for their product installation. This addresses the issue first mentioned in Security Advisory APSA10-03.

Adobe are still tweaking Flash, so each update should bring some improvement. The main reason for this update was for security. Though blown out of proportion by Apple rubes, Adobe took the caution route and fixed the issue.

I am surprised how well Flahs plays. Some people confuse weak connections with Flash performance. Flash will only play as smooth as your connection allows.
