Flashed with the Sep 9th nightly.

Phone is slow. switching between screens is laggy, going into my apps is difficult meaning that when i go to scroll, it jerks and loads the program my finger was closest to even tho i dont want it to open.

compcache unchecked
jit checked
surface dith checked
collin battery tweak installed - min 480000 max 691200 when on batt.
gps off

any other info needed, ask away. this is just really annoying. no widgets running.

did you reboot after enabling jit? i have the surface dith unchecked. gives better performance. try rebooting. no kernals?

thats #13? dunno if they go by date but if im correct, thats 11?

and if i do nightlys, do i have to constantly flash the uncapped? or just once

thats kernal number 13. here's the full link for it so you can see the date and the numbers for yourself.

[Kernel] BrainFuct Kernel - UncappedKernel - xda-developers

i believe once you flash the kernal, it'll stay put once. you can always double check that within the settings to see which kernal you have once you do flash your nightlys

Edit: You'll have to flash the uncapped kernal every time you flash a new nightly. just double checked for you :)

holy cow it flies now.

now if i decide to slowly go up on the max cpu speed, if i get to a point where it just reboots or whatever, how do i fix it? just do a nand and restore?

use the overclock widget. me and user andygu3 use these settings and i'd say it's faster than Sonic! not really... but you get the drift :D

"Right now I have the 913 with the uncapped kernel #13, unchecked compcache, checked JIT, unchecked surface dithering, VM Heap at 16M

I use overclock widget and have it set at 556-768" ~ quote from Andygu3

it shouldn't reboot but if it does, restoring always works.

one last thing. every time i do a nan backup, and copy it to my folder on my laptop, the size gets bigger and bigger. the last one was 952mb and the one before was 8** and the one before that was 5**

is that normal?

and i just went to go batt-cfg in the terminal and its now saying access denied. is it because i installed a new nightly and uncapped?

not sure about the battery tweak. haven't flashed the collins battery yet. as for the nandroids..that sounds normal. sounds like you may have added some things before backing them up, especially if you're downloading apps. could be saving those settings.

if they backed up succssfully then it's all good ;)

Edit: that denied message may have somethin to do with the SU Permissions. you should read all of the instructions on the tweak to get further information
