Help Face hitting keys

Guys

My face is hitting the 7 key often and deleting my voicemail and some other keys. Is someone else facing that too? I can hide the dialpad and get rid of the problem for that call but often, you need the dial pad to call banks, etc

Just wondering if anybody else is seeing this or am I the only one?

Your proximity sensor should be turning off the screen during calls when you put the phone up to your ear.

If you make a call and place your finger over the entire glossy black area surrounding the ear speaker, does the screen turn off?

My screen disables when I put the phone against my face...

if your screens not turning off when you bring it to your head then your sensors not working.
on a slightly funny note, wasnt that the issue the Iphone4's had too? lol I hadnt heard of this happening to anyone with the X yet
