I started modifying inFECT's DarkSense2.1 to green version and ended up with a theme you might enjoy too.

Includes wysie contacts, super circle battery.

How to install: (Use at your own risk!)
The DarkMatterAndroid Theme is compatible with Galaxo 1.6.3.4 / GAOSP beta3
It is not tested on other ROMs.
- Copy the theme to your root directory on the internal SDCard.
- Boot in Recovery Mode and fix the permissions.
- Use the "apply any zip" option and choose the Theme.
- Reboot.
How to remove:
Use inFECT's back2galaxo/back2gaosp and proceed with the steps above.

I haven't tried, cos all I have ever gotten from it has been acore FC loop.
But as my theme is basicly a modification of inFECT's theme(which supports it) it should. nandroid & try it?

It's amazing how much mis-understanding there is on this topic. I believe inFECT has stated publicly that his theme does NOT support the JIT. At least, not in the last 2.0 version.

No, you dont need it Trust me.

What you need is GAOSP Beta which will also be the release date of Dark Sense 2.2 for Froyo.

Making DS compatible with jit for galaxo is pain. I tried it and gave up. Also, the jit hack is very dirty, so drakaz told me its waste of time and effort supporting it.

Someone here, cant remember the nick right now, made a jit hack comptaible framework. Maybe i gonna take this and release a DS Light version, based on his framework.

You lost me on one point - I thought, that GAOSP was already in it's 2nd or 3rd Beta ? The only thing preventing me from jumping in is that lack of camera support.

Also, there's a release date for GAOSP ? When ???

Camera works on the latest nightly and camcorder to. Of course there are some effects included in the build and still little more effects to come (just a few). Give it a try you will not loose anything, except gain a valuable experience.

EDIT: Yes, we are expecting the Beta release and that's #3 BETA of GAOSP. The nightly are just a nightly releases of GAOSP which are in-between ALPHA and BETA versions. The latest nightly is quite close to beta release.

Just a small request.
Could you just make the lock screen area (The part which shows Network Name, Time etc when the screen is locked) a bit transparent

Wish I had known of SystemPanel earlier. I'm guessing you're using the paid version? the free-market version doesn't have any icon on the notification tray.

All guides I found on the net are either to cupcake or lower / eclair and up.

Does anyone know if the ic_jog_dial* are to the eclair styled lockscreen and can that work with donut? And I'm guessing simply putting the images into the framework-res.apk aren't enough.
