Root What is a bootloader?

I bought my little brother an original motorola droid, he just called me to tell me all it say is BOOTLOADER, What is the bootloader for????

A screen that most people end up at when the battery is to low or bad. Try a battery pull and make sure it is charged.

Then try to boot or get into recovery.

It is a way for getting one's boots put on to your feet without bending down



As said there above, it is a little like the bios screen that flashes up on a PC when you are starting it up. If it sits at the bios and doesn't go into Windows something is amiss. With a Droid if it sits at the bootloader....same deal.
