Exact price for a Samsung Vibrant?...

It will be $250 with a $50 mail-in-rebate and if you live in california there will be a $42 tax on top of that bringing it to $292 total. Which is a supreme rip-off if you ask me. Do what I did and call T-mobile and say operator then say "Cancellation". once you get ahold of a rep. tell them you're off contract and you're looking to upgrade or cancel on them. Tell them you want the vibrant for $99, the $20 Android Preferred data plan, and $10 only unlimited texting for up to 3 lines ($15 for more than 3). This is what i did and i did it for 4 of my friends who were available for an upgrade or early upgrade. Tell me how it goes man.

Does anyone know the exact price or good estimate for how much the Vibrant will be when I go into a T-Mobile store?
(Im already eligible for the full upgrade and I already have the data plan)
-Thanks

Hello, you have several options.
If you want to go to the T-Mobile store as you stated, for full upgrade, it will most likely cost you 199.99 after instant and mail in rebate. This information is for online sales, but most likely will cost you the same in the store. Here is a link:

Another option is Costco. You do not need a Costco membership to place the order on their website. Costco gives you a 90 day return/exchange policy, however after 14days(30 in California) you are still obligated to your T-Mobile upgrade 2yr contract.
At costco, after mail in rebate the phone will cost you 129.99, you also get free bluetooth, car charger, and case. The free accessories are rather cheap china junk.

At amazon, upgrades will cost you 149.99 (possibly no tax!)

Newegg also 149.99

Remember, depending on what state you live in, you may owe tax on the full retail price of the phone, thats 499.99+, not the subsidized price.

Depending where you purchase the phone, you may actually also be signing up for a dual contract, one with T-Mobile, one with the 3rd party reseller. So be careful, but I don't think Costco does this.

Also, if you are a student, or AAA member, T-Mobile may waive the upgrade fee, call and ask them, they may also just do it for you out of kindness. When you call, you can also ask, if they can give you a good deal over the phone, if you have been a long time loyal customer.

Also find out about free shipping, and I think Amazon doesn't charge ANY TAX!

Enjoy.
