How stupid is that?? so how are we supposed to get it? Is there something different about Swipe vs ALL the other apk's that I cant ask for someone to tell me where I can get it. Please enlighten me

Correct. Linking to or distributing the swype .apks is against the forum rules. And yes, the same rules apply to PMs too.

The difference is that it is a closed beta. Yes, it's free, but Swype don't want non-beta members having access to it. They have made that very clear. And so to keep the forum in the clear (legally), we will be respecting their wishes.
