Help swype trial over

I didn't know it was a trial, I thought it was free. Lol. Damn I miss it now!

Also, fixed your grammar.

Just do what was posted above and Swype 'till your heart's content.

I signed up for the beta a long while ago (after the close of the previous one) but never got an email like you said you did :(

How long ago did you send them your email??

couple of months ago i believe. there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when they send the emails...i got mine a few days after others on the droid forums got theirs

This version of Swype has makes a lot louder noise when it enters a word. Is there any way to durn that down or off?

Hmmm..... I don't hear anything when I enter words.... even though my Audio setting is enabled. You can try disabling the Audio. From your Home screen, go to Settings and select Locale and text. From there, select Swype, then remove the checkmark from the Audio Feedback.

Hopefully, that will turn the sound off altogether.

Oops....sorry. I thought I was in the Samsung Vibrant section.....didn't realize I wasn't , so the above instructions will probably not be accurate.....but I think the theory should be the same , so try to find your settings area for Swype on your phone, and see if there's a way to disable the sound.

Hope this helps....
