Root I am rooted...now what?

The easiest way is just to use Titanium Backup. You'll want to get that app anyway for your app/data backup's. It's in the market.

Make sure you run a Nandroid backup AND a titanium backup before you start messing with your phone. If you accidentally remove something you need, you'll want to be able to get it back.

Cool.....thanks!!

So, I'm also on the "I rooted, now what?" bandwagon. I have no clue what to do now. Also... my phone is ridiculously slow after rooting... any ideas? I've rebooted like 10 times.

If I uninstall these apps through Titanium after creating a backup file then I can restore them if I ever need to unroot, right? *nervous*

Where do I go from here? Do I need to do the s-off thing? If so, how? How do I find and install new UIs (ROMs?), kernels (NO clue what these are, saw it mentioned everywhere), etc.? I feel so incredibly clueless... no pun intended.

Thanks in advance for all the help :)

If you ever need to unroot, you can run the 2.2 RUU and your phone will be returned to out of the box condition with all the same bloatware you are thinking of removing.
