To make a long story short.. I had to disconnect my incredible from my current line and move it to a new number. I haven't had time to go to Verizon and get a new account set up. So currently I am using my blackberry tour. It is driving me insane bc everything I do takes 5 minutes longer. Plus I cannot seem to access my school account or do homework on it. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have my android buddy back and working :D I am just venting. Thanks for reading.

I think that is true but I'm not positive. I had the N1 neoprene sleeve with a screen protector. It was great and I dropped it several times and nothing happened. But my friend dropped it while on the phone, something I had never done and the screen shattered.

I bought the Seidio Innocase Active case, a Seidio 1750 MAh battery and BodyGuardz Full Phone Protector. Battery is awesome and so is the case, havent put on the bodyguardz yet since I don't have my phone back.

Oh I know its horrible. I feel like I am missing part of me right now. I am going to have to be careful once I put it on the new number bc I believe I cannot add insurance on it since it was from another account. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

If you were the original owner and you had insurance on it with the previous plan, they should do it.

Then again, I gave someone my old LG Dare and they were able to put insurance on that, so who knows (they said since he had it on his old phone he could transfer it to the new phone... ?). Sometimes I swear it has less to do with policy and more to do with the CSR you work with at Verizon.

I have the innocase active as well. I have dropped it a few time but it never damaged the phone.

Ok I am the original owner of the phone. I bought it on my upgrade . But I took it off the account last week. The vzw rep seemed like he was going to help me and to pretty much leave the disconnect fees with this person bc he is being stupid. So I took the phone off there that way he can't have it. I waited for it for a month and its the best phone I've had . I'm not giving it up.
