Help Changing phone name

Hi im not sure if im stupid or its natural but how do change the phone name. i cant find any setting options which allows me to change phone name. its weird to have the phone display "This phone belongs to: " and its blank.

I'm pretty sure its under Settings > Location & security

I"m pretty new to this high-tech stuff. I don't even know how to get to where u need to go to put your name on this phone.

This only does it for bluetooth communication.
When your phone is locked and you'll try to unlock it , doesn't show name
