Help Keyboard

I want to change to a different keyboard and have downloaded 2. I cannot get them to work.... It still only gives me the option of swype or android keyboard... Any ideas? on my d1 i didnt have to do anything special they just popped up for selection after i downloaded them. The ones i downloaded do show up under the keyboard option in settings....

Look under Language & Keyboard and make sure the box beside the name is checked.

I assume you long pressed in a text field which should give you the option for input method?

Yes... "Language & Keyboard" should hold the answer.... I now have FOUR... yup FOUR keyboard apps (in my quest for the PERFECT T9 app).... I downloaded yet another one this afternoon. But "Smart Keyboard Pro" has proved to be my hands-down favorite. Just go to "language & keyboard" in your settings and make sure the one you prefer is checked.
