Could The Samsung Galaxy Tab Be Headed To Verizon or Sprint ?

So far a CDMA version being tested. Figure a GSM version wouldnt be far behind.

A CDMA version of the oft-spotted Samsung Galaxy Tab has been found, which could point toward an eventual Verizon (or Sprint) 3G version of the tablet. Or not. Whatever, all I need to know is that the Tab runs Android 2.2. According to the developer who has this CDMA test unit on hand, the Galaxy Tab runs Froyo swimmingly. The Tab still has Flash installed and apparently, really good speakers too.

My search button stopped working. That along with a myriad of other recent problems. You probably read my post the other day about it texting people in the middle of the night. Maybe that was Tmob maybe it was an app maybe it was the phone... Who knows. Lately the GPS has been causing the phone to go to black screen and freeze up. There was something else funky that happened the other day.... What was it.... Oh the contacts pictures were coming up wrong in my messages and it wouldn't let me text outgoing. I had to shut down the phone. I've needed to shut it down more and more recently. It's just being wonky. I KNOW I need to do a hard reset on it :( I must be hard on my phone b/c I've had to do that at least 3 times since I've had the phone!

Hmm...sounds like your phone might be possessed. I suggest you take it to a priest and have it exorcised. That or do what you suggested, a hard reset.

Do you have a lot of apps? Perhaps you might add them back slowly and take note of where you start to have problems again, if you do. But I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't.

 Bizarre. Sorry to hear of these problems. Good luck with the reset.

I don't really see the point of these medium-sized tablet devices - especially since a smart phone can do all the same things and it fits easily in your pocket. At home I'd prefer to use a laptop.

I am with you I don't know if I see the point in buying something that does the same thing as my phone and would force me to wear something with giant pockets just so I can put it in my pocket.
