Samsung Manufacturers Warranty

So if I keep this thing after 30 days,will the manufacturers warranty cover the 3g upload defect if it doesnt get fixed?
Im just wondering if its hardware related ,and Samsung starts selling uncapped Epics,but ours still havent been fixed.
Do you think we will be able to return under the 1 year warranty?

I believe it is software since samsung/sprint said it will be fixed with the next MR, but lets say if for some reason certain Epics Sn#1234 to 5678 cannot be fixed then I consider those units to be defected and should be covered under the manufactures warranty...as you know there will be a very fine line on this issue as always.

Actually, if you read Sprint's statement carefully, you will not see that no one has admitted that a "fix" is necessary, because that would imply that something is broken. The statement said to expect an "enhancement." Such language is deliberately chosen not to concede warranty liability.
