Help slide lock screen after timeout ?

It was removed for some reason in this release.
If you don't know 100% for sure that what you're saying is true, then either state that fact or say nothing at all.

Some people appear to have it after upgrading, and can't seem to be able to remove it completely. Others don't have it and can't figure out how to get it. I believe it's a bug of some sort but I can't be positive. It might be something simple or perhaps a setting that's interfering.

Check out this thread as well. Remember, there's a search tool here.

It appears that for some reason they option to turn it on or off has been removed. Not sure if it was accidental or on purpose. If you had the slide to unlock turned off prior to the update then you're stuck without it. If you had it on, then you're stuck with it. I believe others have maybe found an app in the market that will either change this or mimic it or something.

The slide to unlock is driving me crazy. i had it off prior to the update and didn't have it after the update....until I factory reset it yesterday. Now i have it again and HATE it. If I turn my phone to sleep by the button up top, WHY do I need a slide to unlock feature?
Does anyone know of an app to get rid of it?
