Help Hope this is in the right place...

I have a Sony X10 Experia, I have had it for about 3 months and love the phone although a little to complicated for me
Anyway I found that if I held my finger on icons I can move them... but what I did wrong was the shortcuts on the right home page (a long box with 4 items) for the Wifi, Sat Nav, Silent I wanted to see if I could move it lower to allow me to get some more shortcuts on that screen and it went into the Recycle Bin so I have no clue as how I get it back to its rightful place

Any help would be very welcome to this ageing technifobe

Your probably got rid of the widget. Press and hold on an empty space on the home screen and select widget. It should be one of those options.

I tried that mate but cant see the widgets that I deleted

Try each one to see if it brings up any of them.

Press and hold on an empty part of the screen, choose widgets, then look for Quick Settings It sounds like that's the one you're looking for
