hi guys... hope you can help me... it just so happen that i gave my xperia mini x10 to my sister cause i bought a new one... however, the google account that was in there was that of mine... everytime that she sync it... all my personal emails at gmail is the one that is being sync... how can i deactivate that one so that she can use her own... the gmail application there always displays my personal gmail account... please help... thanks a lot...

Jradicle is absolutely right, the cleanest way when giving a phone to someone else is to factory reset it, they then get a 'new' phone.

However you could try this if there are lots of apps and settings that you don't want the faff of resetting and rebuilding. I have an X10 big so the set up is slightly different but it should be along the same lines.... you could try going into Settings>Manage Applications and then find all the google related apps and clear data and cache on them. It should clear out the account details. You can do the same for the email app too.

then you clear all google apps cache you can login to gmail with a other gmail adresse, i have done it on my mini pro
