Installed Launcher Pro Plus...Now what?

Use the widgets, I really like the friends widget and calendar. I used the messaging widget also until the new pop up feature was added.

Also long press and icon in your dock and choose "swipe gesture action" you now can choose "show pop up", I really like the Unread SMS pop up.

I don't know if you can do it without Plus but you can use any icon for any app, the same as you can do with BetterCut without paying for an extra app.

Everything looks exactly the same to me. Same settings. Same everything.

Look up one post, everything will look the same including settings. You just get extras like widgets, swipe pop ups, etc. Also there is a lot more coming as Fede is rewriting all the code from scratch currently so that he can add more that isn't possible since right now LPP is written ontop of the stock android launcher.

I just paid for it today. The primary reason being that, for $3 I couldn't justify not supporting the author of such an important and useful app in my daily Android experience. The more money he makes from this project, the more he'll be encouraged to improve it which helps me. For the cost of a single soda/juice/coffee, it'd be ridiculously selfish and cheap of me not to toss a few coins his way.

Some people are way too stuck on the whole "all software should be free" mindset. It's selfish and rude, and hurts that person and everyone else. Hypocritical too, given what the same person will blow $5-$10 on without thinking twice.

I'm going to check out the perks I get now for features, but even if I don't use any that's fine by me.

I just bought it today after using ADW for awhile. I like the custom dock icons + calendar app which by itself could cost me 1-2 dollars. Plus with all the work that Fede is doing, it's only right to support him since he isn't like som devs that pull a bait n switch with a gimped version or ad riddled version of their "free" app.
