Contact photos with facebook logo icon

Not possible. The only way to do this would be to go yourself and take the photos from people's facebook profiles and then save / download them and manually add to each contact. But not only would that take ages, but why would you bother for just a little logo?
Any application that can do that? I know but I don't get it why it has to be everywhere, it's just plain stupid.

Pretty sure there isn't an app. But if its only a few contacts you want to do it for, its pretty quick.

Just open facebook in the browser, find the friends profile picture and hold down on it and save / download. Then go into the contact in the people app, click edit and click the photo in the top left, then find and select the one you just downloaded.

IS there anyway to stop this from happening? My GF always uses a pic i hate but i cant choose my own

Can't you unlink their contact from Facebook?
- Open People
- Open the relevant contact (your girlfriend)
- Click the green blob thing at the top right of the screen (looks like two circles with a line between them) to unlink.
- Now you can manage the contact on your phone independently of Facebook.

Used to work for me anyway when I first got my Desire and didn't want to see Facebook pictures for some people but not others.

If you open the contact, press Linked at the top...

Menu - Select Contact Photo

Options - Gallery, Camera, Google (If you've got one), Facebook...

Just take a new pic or select it from the gallery...

This is correct. I had a bug on mine where I would set it to facebook then 10 minutes later, it would sync back to the google one.

In the end, I gave up.
