If you're into home Replacement apps, you can try LauncherPro. You can add more lines for Apps in more Rows and Collums. Not to mention LauncherPro can add so many more features to the home screen. Of course, like all Home Replacements, you can't use stock HTC widgets. But the Developer has designed his own Widgets to replace the stock HTC ones.

No problem. I also agree with getting Launcher Pro as the stock launcher, rather than using Sense UI. Only thing is, when you up the icons to 5 on one row, it gets distorted when you go to landscape mode on the phone, so keep that in mind.
